We operate in B.I.M. environment and use parametric design from the preliminary stage, making coordination between disciplines a requirement for a good design. We follow the project step by step, creating 3D models for the clients, deriving from it quantity take offs and cost estimating to take the best decisions in the different stages of the project towards construction.

We are committed to design more efficient buildings, and achieve sustainability goals to achieve requirements for the 2030 Commitment to reduce carbon embodied emission into the atmosphere. We value and design net‐zero (nZEB in Italy) buildings, requiring architects to test many assumptions about building techniques, materials, and lighting. Our expertise helps the design team to orient the building so that light would spread efficiently in the building. Our architects are skilled in building efficiency and know how to operate with our engineers in order to reduce cooling and heating costs from the preliminary stage.
We are also specialised in retrofit of existing buildings both for public and private sectors. In Italy we are certified electrical engineers both for civil and tertiary buildings. We are certified in Energy Management and Quality Assurance. Our electric engineers will deliver the best solution for your energy efficient building and optimise the photovoltaic systems case by case. We have designed mechanical and electrical systems, such as radians floors, heat pumps, solar and photovoltaic panel systems for a wide variety of buildings, such as the Sport Center for the Università Cattolica Fenaroli in Milan, photovoltaic panel systems for the school complex of Zibido San Giacomo in Milan and school Milano Mantovana and others.
